1.3 years and above ALD&CVD process coating related working experience is preferred.

2. Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred, major in materials, microelectronics, semiconductor, physics, etc.

3. In-depth understanding of ALD&CVD coating technology, familiar with process improvement and equipment structure and principle.

4. Familiar with ALD&CVD equipment operation and maintenance.

5. Have a strong team spirit and communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure.

1. Participate in the research and development of semiconductor equipment and play a corresponding role.

2. Responsible for the research and development of automation components in each module of the equipment.

3. Participate and lead from concept optimization, design drawings, motion control to assembly and prototype debugging.

1. Major in machinery, automation, robotics, Control engineering, etc., bachelor's degree and more than 3 years of relevant work experience. (Master's degree or above, work experience can be relaxed accordingly).

1、 Electrical drawings (30%)

1. Feasibility review and analysis of control schemes, system architecture review and design, and control process planning.

2. Select components and build the system according to the electrical control plan.

3. Use drawing software to design sheet metal drawings, layout drawings, and electrical schematic diagrams.

4. Produce a component list based on the design drawings.

5. Review, modify and distribute the drawing list.

1. According to control requirements, perform IO allocation, PLC program design, parameter configuration, and touch screen screen screen design.
