Overview

ALD water blocking film is used for:

1. The metal electrode protection of Mini LED effectively prevents metal migration and prolongs LED lifespan;

2. The packaging of Micro OLED has a WVTR effect of up to 10 to 5 orders of magnitude (stacked ALD coating at 50nm), effectively blocking the entry of environmental water vapor into the organic luminescent layer, leading to OLED failure.
